Nestled in the heart of Abruzzo, just a few kilometers from the majestic mountains of Maiella and Gran Sasso and close to the sandy beaches of the Adriatic Sea, Torre Mannella offers breathtaking views of rolling hills covered with olive groves and vineyards. Located in Città Sant’Angelo, one of Italy’s most beautiful villages, the estate is proudly owned and managed by the Rupi family.

At Torre Mannella, you’ll find everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable holiday. Stroll among olive trees in the company of fallow deer, geese, and peacocks. The farmhouse, lovingly restored in a rustic and authentic country style, is the perfect blend of tradition and comfort. Enjoy the large swimming pool (16 m x 8 m) with its shaded gazebo and sunbathing area, located conveniently near the BBQ grill and traditional wood-fired oven.

We offer a variety of accommodations to suit your needs, including charming rural houses and individual apartments. Choose from the Old Tower, The Stables, Onello’s House, or the Apartments in the Main Building.

Torre Mannella enjoys a prime location in Abruzzo, offering convenient access to the region’s most stunning attractions. From here, you can easily reach the Adriatic Sea, breathtaking natural parks, majestic mountains, and the town’s rich cultural landmarks.

On our 18-hectare estate along the Abruzzo coast, we cultivate grapes, olive trees, vegetables, and fruit using organic farming methods. Our DOC Montepulciano and Trebbiano d’Abruzzo wines, along with our extra virgin olive oil, fresh eggs, and seasonal produce, are available to taste directly on the farm. An authentic Italian breakfast featuring our fresh, homegrown products is also available upon request.

At Torre Mannella, you can enjoy a variety of experiences, including cooking classes, wine and olive oil tastings, private parties, weddings, or business meetings. Upon request, we can arrange catering, setups, drinks, and personalized decorations. During the low season, it is even possible to rent the entire farmhouse for exclusive use.

We also host regular events such as “pizza evenings” in the farmyard and guided tastings of our olive oil and wine for groups of at least ten people.

I stayed in this structure for the Immaculate Conception holiday together with other family members and it was a hallucinating experience to say the least. I was at the Onello house which I would define as dilapidated, poorly cleaned, an old kitchen as well as the rest of the furniture. Upon payment we were asked for more than the one confirmed by email and, finally, my brothers-in-law who had booked and then canceled in time, still paid for the stay which they did not use

Peaceful place gorgeous views, very good wine. This hotel is not on the GPS map. Troubles to get there, no taxis, no internet, poor tel network, be prepared to deal. Very nice people working there.
